Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer (f/m/d) in London to partner with our sales team and drive technical validation, solution design and demonstrations for EMEA customers.

You will translate prospects' requirements into compelling proofs of concept, articulate benefits of Contentful and how it stacks against legacy platforms, and collaborate with product, marketing and customer success to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and effective communication across marketing and technical personas.
• 3–5 years as a Sales/Solution Engineer/Architect or 5–10 years as a developer in digital experience delivery.
• Proven ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with modern web technologies and integration patterns (REST, JS frameworks, CDNs, CI/CD).

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives to assist EMEA customers.
• Explain platform capabilities and competitive positioning against legacy tech.
• Capture requirements and validate them against the platform.
• Create product demos and assist with technical evaluations.
• Communicate customer needs and feedback to product, marketing and sales.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success to ensure successful deployments.
