Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Solution Engineer to partner with the sales team, conducting discovery, solution design, and technical validation for EMEA customers. Qualifications

• 3–5 years as Sales/Solution Engineer/Architect or 5–10 years as a developer in digital experience delivery.
• Fluent English communication across marketing and technical audiences.
• Strong ability to present complex concepts to varied personas.
• Experience with current web technologies (JavaScript, REST APIs, CDNs, CI/CD).
• High emotional intelligence to navigate stakeholder meetings.
• Natural curiosity about how technology drives business value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to support EMEA customers.
• Assist in understanding requirements and validate against the platform.
• Create product demonstrations and assist with technical evaluations.
• Communicate customer needs and product feedback to product management, marketing, and sales.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success to ensure successful implementation.
• Travel up to 50% and work with teams worldwide.
