Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive technical sales and product consultancy for New Biz, partners and Customer Success. You will own free trials, run technical enablement sessions, and support pre- and post-sales activities across Salesforce-backed processes.

You will collaborate with Support, CS, Sales Ops and New Biz to optimize trial outcomes, upsell opportunities, and win rates, while expanding product knowledge across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar technical role.
• Experience with Salesforce and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run new trials.
• Participate in pre-sales activities with sales reps.
• Coordinate pre-sales activities with allocated sales reps.
• Work closely with Support, Customer Success, Sales Ops and New Biz.
• Maintain and update trial reporting.
• Assist CS in technical solutions for upsells and renewals.
• Presales framework for deals over a certain value.
• Ensure the client knows what technology is being used and integration timelines.
