Qualified is seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer to deliver world-class product demonstrations and help shape our GTM strategy. You will partner with Account Executives, Success Architects, and Support to close deals by filling gaps with collaborative engineering input.

You will own technical discovery, respond to security questionnaires, and translate customer pains into Qualified solutions. Strong presentation skills and a business-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of Solutions Engineering experience
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation and data enrichment
• Excellent communication and polished presentation skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Solution-sales mindset with ability to map customer needs to business value
• Proven track record of delivering pragmatic solutions to complex customer requirements
• Comfort leading platform demonstrations to large groups (technical and non-technical)
• Bonus: programming experience (frontend/backend; Apex a plus)

Responsabilités

• Showcase Qualified capabilities to prospects with demos and technical workshops (~15 per week)
• Become a subject matter expert on Qualified’s capabilities and customer stories
• Learn Salesforce and related high-leverage technologies
• Own technical discovery and qualification for prospects and guide deal strategy
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify customer goals and pains
• Provide technical responses to Security Questionnaires
• Write technical content about Qualified capabilities
• Represent customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams
• Monitor industry news to maintain ecosystem expertise
