Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive technical sales and product consultancy for NewBiz, partners and Customer Success. You will own free trials, help increase win rate and deal size, and expand product knowledge across teams in a fast-growing FTSE-250 environment.

The role collaborates with Support, CS, Sales Ops and New Bizz to run trials, deliver pre-sales support, and ensure accurate reporting and successful renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar technical role.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Good understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
• Technical support and troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with REST APIs or similar.
• Knowledge of scripting or other software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run new trials.
• Coordinate pre-sales activities with sales reps.
• Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, and Sales Ops.
• Maintain and update trial reporting.
• Assist with upsells and renewals through technical solutions.
• Provide pre-sales technical guidance for deals over a threshold.
• Lead trainings and sessions addressing blockers.
• Ensure appropriate automation methods are used before escalation.
