Job summary

Salesforce is recruiting a Specialist Solution Engineer to drive adoption of Partner Ecosystem Management and Channel Revenue Management solutions. You will articulate value, lead multi-product engagements, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to accelerate revenue and solution uptake.

In this role, you will perform discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations, and participate in architecture discussions, while creating scalable assets and programs to enable the PEM and Channel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a Solution Engineering space or relevant adjacent roles.
• Deep experience and understanding of the Salesforce Platform is required.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to work as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and French, or German.

Responsibilities

• Support deal cycles tied to Partner Ecosystem Management and Channel Revenue Management Solutions, including discovery calls, product demonstrations, and architectural discussions.
• Create and develop assets to scale the PEM and Channel Revenue Management teams (industry POVs, demos, recordings, docs, discovery guides, workshop programs).
• Attend events to evangelize solutions (Salesforce World Tours, industry events, Dreamforce) and stay up to date on product innovation.
• Evangelize solutions internally across Core and Service Cloud AEs and SEs.
