Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Qualified Solutions Engineer to drive world-class demonstrations and technical workshops, partnering with Account Executives to map customer goals to Qualified capabilities. You will become a SME for our platform, including Salesforce architecture, marketing automation, and data enrichment, while translating customer needs to technical solutions.

You will lead demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences, contribute blog content, and respond to security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of Solutions Engineering experience.
• Experience in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment.
• Excellent communication skills and polished presenter.
• Translate complex concepts for both non-technical and technical audiences.
• Solution sales driven with ability to win deals.
• Comfort leading demos to large groups, technical or not.
• Bonus: programming experience (frontend or backend; Apex a plus).

Responsibilities

• Showcase Qualified to prospective customers with world-class product demonstrations.
• Think: custom demos, discovery demos, and technical workshops ~15 per week.
• Become a subject matter expert on Qualified capabilities and customer stories.
• Build understanding of Salesforce architecture, marketing automation, data enrichment.
• Own the technical discovery and qualification process for Qualified prospects.
• Partner with Account Executives to identify goals, needs, and pains.
• Provide technical responses to Security Questionnaires.
• Write technical blog content about Qualified capabilities.
• Act as the voice of the customer by communicating feedback to Product/Engineering.
• Monitor industry news to maintain deep ecosystem expertise.
