Job summary

Globality is seeking a Sr. Solutions Consultant to demonstrate the value of our autonomous sourcing platform to Global 2000 customers and support internal teams. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling solutions for executives and diverse stakeholders.

You will deliver tailored demos, lead technical workshops and training, collaborate with Account Executives on RFPs and pricing strategy, and ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise software sales, consulting, or implementation with Global 2000 clients
• Experience in sourcing or related domains
• Proven ability to build and deliver engaging demos and lead technical workshops
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management across technical and business audiences
• Ability to translate technical language into business value
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms; procurement/use-based pricing is a plus
• Understanding of enterprise applications and procurement technology stacks
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; teamwork across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Advise customers and internal teams on technical solutions, integrations, and best practices
• Deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations that address client needs and showcase value
• Lead technical workshops, immersion labs, and training sessions for both prospects and internal teams
• Translate technical features into business benefits for non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with Account Executives to respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and support deal strategy, including usage-based pricing and commercial models
• Support end-to-end pre-sales activities to ensure successful solution adoption
• Ensure an effective and warm handoff to the post-sales Customer Success team
• Provide insights on market trends, customer requirements, and competitive positioning
