Job summary

Blue Yonder seeks a Senior Solutions Manager for WMS who will translate customer needs into commercially viable, technically sound solutions. The role bridges sales, product and delivery, owning scoping, SOW development, pre-sales demonstrations, and delivery oversight to ensure outcomes, on-time delivery and margin targets.

The position requires 7+ years in solution consulting or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and proven skills in stakeholder management, negotiation and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years in solution consulting, professional services, or solutions engineering with billable engagement experience.
• Experience writing SOWs and managing commercial professional services engagements.
• Strong stakeholder, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven problem-solving, process orientation and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales and opportunity development to translate customer needs into viable solutions.
• Oversee billable delivery, account execution and relationship expansion with senior stakeholders.
• Create solution architectures, technical designs and high-value proposals aligned to outcomes.
