Job summary

Resolver, a Kroll Business, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to demo our no‑code SaaS platform and articulate its value to new and existing customers. You’ll work across departments to ensure accurate product presentations and compelling value propositions.

In this role you’ll lead product demonstrations, tailor technical presentations for executives, and assist the Sales team with discovery calls, RFPs and post‑demo activities while supporting a global, hybrid workforce.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a related role (Sales, Solution Engineering or Customer Success)
• Experience in B2B SaaS is a bonus
• Experience working with technical teams across departments

Responsibilities

• Present Resolver products to customers and partners during demonstrations
• Configure demos and respond to RFPs with clear value propositions
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Professional Services to prepare Statements of Work/Estimates
