Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Qualified Senior Solution Engineer - Martech in London. You will act as a GTM technical lead, delivering demos, shaping technical strategy, and collaborating with Account Executives and support teams to capitalize on a major market opportunity.

The role emphasizes deep product knowledge, architecture understanding, and customer-focused technical solutions, with a flexible office environment and full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; strong communication and presentation skills.
• 5+ years of Solutions Engineering experience in GTM environments.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment.
• Ability to translate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record in driving deals and business value.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class product demonstrations and technical workshops (~15 per week).
• Become a subject matter expert on Qualified capabilities and customer stories.
• Understand Salesforce architecture and related marketing tech at a deep level.
• Own technical discovery and guide deal strategy for Qualified prospects.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify goals and pains.
• Provide technical responses to Security Questionnaires.
• Write technical content about Qualified capabilities for blogs.
• Represent customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Maintain deep ecosystem knowledge by monitoring industry news.
