Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a Solution Engineering space or relevant adjacent roles.
• Deep experience and understanding of the Salesforce Platform is required.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support deal cycles tied to Partner Ecosystem Management and Channel Revenue Management Solutions, including: Discovery Calls, Product Demonstrations, and architectural meetings.
• Create and develop assets and programming to scale PEM and Channel Revenue Management teams (industry POVs, demo components, technical POV documents, discovery guides, workshop programming).
• Attend events to evangelize solutions and internally evangelize to AEs and SEs.
• Stay up to date on product innovation to speak to key features and benefits.
