With a strong engineering culture and a focus on solving real-world problems, they are looking to grow their team with the addition of a Senior Software Engineer. The salary ranges from £60,000 to £70,000 depending on experience. Benefits include:

The Role

You’ll play a key role in building and improving user-facing features, working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams. You’ll also influence technical direction and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features in Ruby on Rails and React Native
• Collaborate across teams to deliver user-focused solutions
• Lead on architecture and technical decision-making
• Mentor junior engineers
• Engage directly with users to understand their needs
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering practices

About You

• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails or similar
• Confident with React Native
• Clear communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Pragmatic, user-first mindset
