Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Site Manager to lead construction across developments in the UK, ensuring safety, quality, and programme delivery. You will manage on-site teams, coordinate trades, and liaise with contracts and sales to ensure customer-ready homes.

Bring extensive site management experience, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of NHBC requirements to drive projects to successful completion with a focus on cost control and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering builds to programme and cost.
• Strong leadership and on-site safety/quality focus.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of NHBC standards and Building Regulations.
• Proven ability to prioritise tasks and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction to meet programme targets.
• Coordinate labour and materials to ensure efficient delivery.
• Maintain NHBC standards, Building Regulations and quality.
• Manage costs and approve contractor payments.
• Lead toolbox talks and site briefings.
• Liaise with sales, contracts manager and internal teams.
