Job summary

Barratt Redrow plc is recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee construction projects across developments in the UK. You will report to the Contracts Manager and ensure health and safety, quality, and on-time delivery while managing labour and budgets.

The role requires leadership, clear communication, and a strong knowledge of NHBC standards and Building Regulations, with a track record of delivering high-quality homes on time.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering build programmes on site.
• Proven leadership to manage labour, budgets, and costs.
• Knowledge of NHBC standards and Building Regulations.
• Strong focus on health and safety and quality on site.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction of developments from pre- to post-housebuilding works.
• Coordinate labour and resources to deliver the build programme and ensure efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with NHBC standards, Building Regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor production costs and approve payments to contractors and trades.
• Lead toolbox talks and liaise with internal departments and external suppliers.
