Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to lead on-site construction across developments. You will coordinate trades, manage subcontractors, and ensure programme, quality and cost targets are met in line with the build schedule.

You will deputise for the Site Manager when required, support the on-site team with clear responsibilities, training and communication, and deliver excellent customer service through timely delivery and site discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience with established build programs and site delivery.
• Ability to drive targets through on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, NHBC and Building Regulations.
• Customer service experience on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team and inspect show homes as needed.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure the on-site team is well resourced with clear responsibilities.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
