Job summary

Barratt Redrow plc is recruiting for an on-site Site Manager responsible for overseeing development projects from early stages to completion. You will coordinate trades, manage Labour and materials, and ensure adherence to the build programme, quality standards and cost targets.

You will report to the Site Manager and may deputise when needed, while driving health and safety compliance and delivering outstanding customer service across developments.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within established build programs.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders or NVQ level in Construction Management or time served tradesman with considerable experience of the full range of construction trades.
• In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Good knowledge and experience dealing with Customer Service issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with Sales Team and ensure show homes inspections are carried out.
• Deputise for the Site Manager as required.
• Ensure on-site team is fully resourced with clear job responsibilities and development.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
