Qualifications

What's the role? The Senior SharePoint Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise SharePoint solutions within Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages). This role defines technical architecture, ensures platform governance, and collaborates with the Business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing SharePoint environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design enterprise-level SharePoint Online or hybrid architectures.
  • Define governance, information architecture, taxonomy, and content models.
  • Define policies for site creation, external sharing, retention, labelling.
  • Maintain clear documentation for solution architecture, configurations, and customisations.
  • Support ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using Power Platform Build Tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Design, build, and customise solutions using SharePoint Framework, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces and workflows aligned with business requirements.
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong experience in Microsoft SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Power Fx.
  • Understanding of Dataverse, data architecture, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API and RESTful services.
  • Ability to document processes, specifications, and technical standards.
