Job summary

Experis IT is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of IT Operations Management capabilities within a large-scale enterprise. The role focuses on architecture, governance, and scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions across discovery, service mapping, CMDB, and event management.

You will provide technical leadership to delivery teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and shape future roadmaps while ensuring alignment with ITIL and enterprise service management

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Extensive hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management and Cloud Discovery.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring and infrastructure platforms.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise service management principles.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design activities for ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
• Define technical architecture across Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, CMDB.
• Provide governance and technical assurance across delivery teams.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring and infrastructure tools.
• Support solution estimation, planning, and architectural approvals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and future-state roadmaps.
• Ensure CMDB design supports operational processes, service visibility, and reporting needs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, administrators, and project teams.
• Support client presentations, solution reviews, and bid activities where required.
