Job summary

CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to provide architectural leadership for IT Operations Management capabilities in a complex enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will bring hands-on ITOM expertise with Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, and Cloud Discovery, collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams to design scalable solutions aligned with best practices and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Hands-on experience delivering ITOM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and enterprise service management practices.
• Experience leading architecture governance and design reviews.
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design across ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
• Define technical architecture for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, and CMDB.
• Provide governance, assurance, and guidance across delivery teams.
• Design secure, scalable integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tooling.
• Support estimation, planning, governance, and technical approvals.
• Work with stakeholders to develop architecture roadmaps and data quality plans.
• Ensure CMDB supports service visibility and reporting requirements.
• Provide leadership to developers and project teams.
• Contribute to solution reviews, bid responses, and client presentations.
