Job summary

TEKsystems in London, UK seeks an ITOM Lead to own end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM architecture, focusing on Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB/CSDM maturity. You will guide engineering teams and contribute as a hands-on Discovery Engineer across on-premises and AWS.

This senior role requires strong ITOM delivery leadership, governance and collaboration with Cloud, Network, Infrastructure and Security teams to maintain accuracy and security standards. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) with a strong focus on ServiceNow.
• Asset: Hands-on technical expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, particularly Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Demonstrable CMDB design and management aligned with CSDM.
• Experience owning end-to-end technical solutions including architecture and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical solution, including architecture and implementation approach for ITOM capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership, governance and oversight for the end-to-end ITOM solution.
• Take accountability for successful technical delivery from design through deployment to BAU.
• Guide engineering teams on technical delivery and unblock blockers.
• Hands-on contributions to ITOM features and capabilities as a technical expert.
• Review and approve key technical decisions, designs and standards.
• Define and maintain ITOM architecture standards aligned to CSDM.
• Support platform upgrades, releases and major feature deployments with validation and planning.
• Ensure Discovery operates across end devices, servers, network devices and agents.
• Oversee Discovery across on-premise and AWS accounts.
