• Manage clone, backup, and restore activities.
• Validate integrations and customizations post-upgrade.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.

Skills

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator

Strong understanding of ServiceNow upgrade processes

Excellent problem-solving skills

Strong documentation skills

Experience with ITSM and ITOM
