Faculty is seeking a Senior Service Designer in the United Kingdom to design complex service ecosystems across dynamic client environments within our Applied AI division. You will map intricate user journeys, craft systemic service blueprints, and lead cross-functional alignment to transform organisational challenges into scalable solutions.

You will drive multi-channel service design, facilitate high-impact workshops, and guide handover processes, partnering with government and public sector

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of diverse user research techniques and translating insights into client action.
• Deep expertise in systems thinking and creating actionable service blueprints for complex environments.
• Strong facilitation skills with experience leading cross-functional client workshops.
• Ability to design, test, and refine service prototypes through iterative feedback.
• Proficiency in creating clear, visually engaging artefacts and narratives for decision-makers.
• Collaborative mindset spanning data science, engineering and client delivery teams.
• Experience working with government/public sector organisations.

Responsabilidades
