Designit, part of Wipro, is seeking a Senior Service Designer in London to lead end-to-end service design work across discovery, definition, and delivery. You will map ecosystems, translate research into actionable blueprints, and drive outcomes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You’ll shape service strategy, drive quality, and influence client thinking while guiding junior designers in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in service design, ideally in consultancy or complex product environments.
• Strong proficiency in service blueprinting, journey mapping, ecosystem mapping, and stakeholder mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to translate research into actionable service concepts.
• Experience designing multi-channel services spanning digital, physical, and human touchpoints.
• Comfort facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions with diverse groups.

Responsabilidades

• Lead service design workstreams across discovery, definition, and delivery with rigour and impact.
• Map and analyse service ecosystems and interactions between users, processes, technology and org.
• Translate research insights into compelling service blueprints and future-state journeys.
• Apply systems thinking to end-to-end services balancing user needs, business goals and feasibility.
• Design for human and AI-enabled interactions with clear escalation, governance and quality.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment to build shared understanding.
• Collaborate with researchers, business designers, experience designers, and engineers.
• Articulate design rationale and connect decisions to measurable outcomes.
• Support client relationships and identify opportunities to extend impact.
• Mentor junior designers and lead by example.
