Experis (Austria) is recruiting a Service Designer for London/Remote UK, 6 months+. The role focuses on transforming content management and service experiences within a transformation programme, working remotely with no mandatory onsite requirement.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders across groups, apply service-design thinking to complex challenges, and bring AI knowledge to inform how services could be enhanced while ensuring UK Nationals with SC clearance eligibility.

Service Designer

Candidates must be UK Nationals with at least 5 years UK residency and either hold active SC Clearance or be eligible to obtain SC/BPSS clearance.

What you'll bring:
Service design experience with a strong grounding in service-thinking and user-centred outcomes
Strong communication skills and confidence managing stakeholders across different groups
Ability to work effectively in complex transformation environments
UK National status, with a minimum of 5 years UK residency
