Job summary

National Highways is recruiting a Lead Service Delivery Manager to strengthen the Digital Services capability within the Service Operations Division. You will ensure the delivery and continual improvement of integrated services across multiple business and technical lines, engaging senior stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams to deliver value for money and align with strategic objectives.

The role is hybrid, with two days per week in the office, and may involve travel to National Highways

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational service delivery within a mature ITIL-aligned organisation.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, suppliers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated service operations and continual improvement of services, ensuring capabilities, processes and performance align with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, suppliers and partners.
• Lead supplier management activities, ensuring supplier performance, service quality, risk and commercial objectives are effectively managed to deliver value for money.
• Develop and communicate strategic plans, management information and service insights to support decision-making and delivery of improvements.
• Lead the management of service risks, performance, availability, capacity and quality, identifying opportunities for continual improvement.
• Influence and build effective relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration across diverse objectives.
• Manage budgets and identify efficiencies to ensure value for money.
• Utilise management information to support complex decision-making and clear communication to a broad audience.
