Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Lead Service Delivery Manager to join the Workplace Services team within Service Operations. You will lead integrated service operations, drive continual improvement, and ensure services meet business needs in a mature ITIL framework.

The role is hybrid, requiring two days in the office with travel to Birmingham, Leeds and other offices as needed. You will influence senior stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams to deliver value for money and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in service delivery within an ITIL-aligned environment.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks and supplier relationships.
• Strong communication and strategic planning skills.
• Experience driving continual service improvements and performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated service operations and continual improvement of Workplace Services.
• Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, suppliers and partners.
• Lead supplier management to ensure performance, quality, and value for money.
• Develop and communicate management information and service insights to support decisions.
• Deputise for the Head of Service (Workplace Services) as required.
