AutoSkills (United Kingdom) is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to step into a senior position within a franchised dealership. You will support the Service Reception, mentor colleagues, and drive customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on managing bookings, assisting the Service Manager, upselling services, and delivering an outstanding aftersales experience with opportunities for career progression and long-term stability.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership.
• Experience using Kerridge, 1 Link, Pinnacle, or a similar DMS.
• Proven track record of upselling additional products and services.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks).

Aufgaben

• Managing service and repair bookings efficiently.
• Supporting the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the Service Reception.
• Assisting with workshop loading to maximise productivity.
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Promoting and upselling additional work, service plans, and aftersales products.
• Supporting and mentoring other Service Advisors where required.
• Handling customer concerns professionally to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
