Job summary

AutoSkills (United Kingdom) in Tewkesbury is seeking a Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor to support customers through the service and repair journey. You will greet customers, book vehicles into the workshop, discuss servicing needs and prepare estimates.

The role offers a £27,000 basic salary with a £32,000 OTE in a professional dealership environment with a friendly team and long-term career progression. Hours are Monday–Friday, with every 4th Saturday morning.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or customer service role is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service ability and a professional approach.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a busy environment and build relationships with customers.
• Genuine interest in automotive aftersales development.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and understanding their requirements.
• Booking vehicles into the workshop.
• Discussing servicing, maintenance and repair requirements.
• Preparing job cards and estimates.
• Liaising with Technicians and the workshop team.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Advising customers on additional work where required.
• Preparing vehicles for collection and explaining completed work.
