Prestige Car Dealership is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their growing team. You will ensure high levels of customer care and professionalism when interacting with customers and the public.

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will guide customers on required service and repairs, estimate costs, upsell suitable products, and manage timelines and collection. You will also handle job cards, records, warranties, and invoicing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Service Advisor.

Responsabilités

• Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner.
• Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
• Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs.
• Advise on timescales and collection arrangements.
• Produce job cards on in-house computer system.
• Update customer and vehicle records.
• Document all warranty work according to manufacturer policy.
• Preparation and completion of invoices.
