Unknown Car Dealership is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. You will deliver outstanding customer care, upsell opportunities, and maintain meticulous vehicle records.

With at least 3 years in a Service Advisor role, preferably with prestige brands, you will liaise with clients to explain repairs, timescales and costs while ensuring repeat business and a premium service experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor.
• Experience with prestige or premium brands is preferred.
• Excellent customer handling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on required service and repairs, with cost estimates.
• Sell additional products and upsell where appropriate.
• Produce service documentation and invoices.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Ensure timely collection and clear communication of timescales.
