Job summary

Silcom Recruitment is supporting a premium car dealership in Southampton to recruit a Senior Service Advisor who will lead the front of house team and deliver exceptional customer service. The role includes training new members and providing strong day-to-day management support to the Aftersales Manager.

The position offers a basic salary of £28,000–£30,000 with a bonus and OTE £35,000+. Hours are Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturday 08:00–13:00, with 25 days plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in automotive service advisory
• Proven ability to train and mentor team members
• Strong customer-facing and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lead front-of-house operations effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead the front desk team and ensure smooth daily operations
• Train and onboard new team members to maintain service standards
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• Support the Aftersales Manager in day-to-day operations and targets
• Assist other Service Advisors to keep performance consistently high
