Silcom Recruitment represents a premium motor client in Ascot seeking a Service Advisor with strong aftersales or front-of-house experience. You will deliver top-tier customer service, estimate service costs, and coordinate bookings to maximise workshop efficiency.

The role rewards loyalty with a base salary of £27,000–£31,000 plus a £4,000 bonus, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a Saturday rota on a 1-in-5 basis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing post-purchase inquiries, issues, and requests.
• Provide accurate cost estimates for recommended services and repairs, detailing labour, parts, and any additional charges.
• Efficiently coordinate vehicle service appointments, optimising the service department's resources for timely turnaround.
• Identify and present opportunities to recommend additional services or accessories to customers, contributing to increased dealership revenue.
