Job summary

Silcom Recruitment is supporting a premium car dealership in Southampton to recruit a Senior Service Advisor who will lead the front of house team and deliver exceptional customer service. The role includes training new members and providing strong day-to-day management support to the Aftersales Manager.

The position offers a basic salary of £28,000–£30,000 with a bonus and OTE £35,000+. Hours are Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturday 08:00–13:00, with 25 days plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in automotive service advisory
• Proven ability to train and mentor team members
• Strong customer-facing and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lead front-of-house operations effectively

The Role

Here at Silcom Recruitment we have the pleasure of supporting a leading client of ours, with the hire of an experienced Senior Service Advisor, tasked with leading a front of house team for a premium car dealership, based in Southampton. This is a superb progression opportunity for an accomplished service advisor seeking that next step into a senior role.

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Service advisor you will be involved in training and supporting new members into the team.
• Focus on leading the front desk team. Lots of customer interaction.
• Promote and maintain positive people relations across the business.
• Offer support and strong management to the wider management team.
• Assist in supporting the Aftersales Manager in the day to day running of Aftersales operations, ensuring the key targets of the franchise are achieved.
• Supporting the other Service Advisors with day to day tasks and utilising your existing skillset to ensure your team are consistently highly performing and achieving.

The Package

Basic salary £28,000 - £30,000

Bonus provided. OTE £35,000+

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00pm

Saturday morning rota 08:00 - 13:00pm
