Job summary

Silcom Recruitment Limited in Andover is seeking a Service Advisor to join a motor trade dealership group. You will liaise with customers and the workshop, check in vehicles, and manage documentation to ensure a seamless service experience.

The role requires strong customer service skills, diary and time management, and proficiency with multiple IT software systems. Working hours are Monday to Friday with some Saturday hours and an attractive OTE potential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, diary/time management and use of multiple IT software systems required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring smooth communication.
• Perform check-in of the vehicle and review customer and vehicle data.
• Monitor repair status and address additional repair services as needed.
• Manage job packs and associated documentation.
