Job summary

Listers Group Limited's Land Rover dealership in Droitwich is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to progress towards management and develop skills.

You'll handle customer service in a busy environment, support the Service Manager, book vehicles, update customers on progress, and liaise with Workshop, Parts and Sales to ensure timely vehicle handovers. Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 with Saturday rota; OTE £41,500.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles with targets.
• Experience in automotive or dealership is preferred.
• Good organisation and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance or repairs and coordinating with the workshop.
• Meeting customers on arrival and providing a seamless service from drop-off to handover.
• Updating customers on progress, authorising additional work and making follow-ups.
• Liaising with Workshop, Parts and Sales to ensure vehicles are ready on time.
• Supporting the Service Manager and assisting in staff development.
