Job summary

Confidential, Salisbury, is seeking a Service Advisor to support the day-to-day operation of the Service Reception, delivering exceptional customer service and assisting in developing the aftersales team.

You will manage bookings, assist with workshop flow, keep customers informed, upsell services, mentor colleagues, and maintain accurate records while ensuring a high standard of satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Service Advisor in a franchised dealership.
• Experience using Kerridge, 1 Link, Pinnacle or similar DMS.
• Proven upselling of products/services.
• Excellent communication, leadership and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage service and repair bookings efficiently.
• Support Service Manager with daily Service Reception operations.
• Assist with workshop loading to maximise productivity.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Promote and upsell additional work, service plans and aftersales products.
• Mentor other Service Advisors as required.
• Handle customer concerns professionally to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records while delivering high satisfaction.
