Job summary

A vehicle service company in Salisbury is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. This role requires arranging customer bookings, ensuring efficient workshop operations, and upselling services and special offers. Candidates should have previous experience as a Service Advisor and knowledge of DMS systems. A full UK Driving License is required. The position offers a basic salary and OTE of £35,000 along with various benefits such as life assurance and birthday off.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
• Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems or similar DMS.
• Experience in upselling services.
• Full manual UK Driving License required.

• Arranging Service Department bookings.
• Ensure efficient workshop loading while meeting customer standards.
• Upsell services and special offers.
