Job summary

The Solution Automotive Limited in Salisbury is seeking a Service Advisor to join a franchised motor dealership team. You will act as the main link between customers and the service department, ensuring professional, efficient, and courteous service from booking to completion.

In this role you will support the Aftersales Manager, help drive service performance, coach the team, manage bookings, relay service updates, and work closely with workshop, parts and sales to deliver a seamless customer

Qualifications

• Experience as a service advisor or senior customer service role in automotive.
• Excellent communication and strong administrative skills.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between customers and the service department to ensure professional and efficient interactions.
• Support the Aftersales Manager in driving service department performance and coaching the team.
• Manage customer bookings, communicate service updates, and identify opportunities to upsell services.
• Collaborate with workshop, parts and sales teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
