Job summary

The Solution Automotive Limited in Salisbury is seeking a Service Advisor to join the dealership team. You will act as the key liaison between customers and the service department, managing bookings and updating customers on service progress.

Working with workshop, parts and sales teams, you will help deliver a seamless customer journey and contribute to service department performance. Basic salary £29,500 with a realistic OTE £36,000, and a 42.5 hour week including one in three Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a service advisor or senior customer service role (automotive essential).
• Excellent communication and administrative skills.
• Ability to lead by example and support team development.
• Full UK driving licence.

Working collaboratively with the workshop, parts, and sales teams, you'll help ensure a seamless and high-quality customer journey from start to finish.
