Qualifications

• Previous experience as a vehicle service advisor or in a customer service role within the motor trade.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong IT literacy, with experience in Pinewood Pinnacle preferred.
• Full UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Professional attitude with a focus on delivering high standards of customer care.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing a professional, courteous service throughout their vehicle service experience.
• Tracking vehicle progress through workshops and liaising with workshop and parts departments.
• Explaining additional work requirements, costs, and scheduling repairs as the Service Advisor.
• Maintaining accurate records of workshop jobs, scheduling, and invoicing.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as file auditing, booking services, preparing orders, and registering new vehicles.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Building strong relationships with colleagues to optimise workflow and service delivery.
