Role

• Lead and develop the Personal Injury team's business plan
• Manage a full and varied caseload of serious and catastrophic injury work, comprising brain injury, amputation, serious orthopaedic injuries and fatal accident claims
• Develop a key role in generating new work for the team
• Mentor and develop a legal executive andsolicitor

You

• 10+ years PQE
• Technically and commercially astute, excellent and dynamic relationship builder
• A strong reputation and leader in your field, with a following including good connections
• Experienced in a broad range of PI litigation cases, and have knowledge of catastrophic injury settlements
• Clinical Negligence practice alongside Personal Injury experience can be considered
