The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Scrum Master, strong interpersonal skills, and hands-on knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps. Qualifications

• Proven long-term experience as a Scrum Master, including experience in Coaching Agile.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Coach and mentor teams, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives, such as training and workshops.
