Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a sales team to meet targets and SLAs.
• Plan weekly/monthly performance plans and reviews.
• Coach team 1:1s and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop documentation to drive ongoing improvement.
• Ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping for review.
• Stay updated with campaign changes.
