Job summary

Fintellect Recruitment is supporting a successful financial services client in Manchester to appoint an experienced Senior Sales Manager who will lead multiple sales teams within a fast-paced contact centre.

You will drive performance, coach managers, monitor KPIs, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver ambitious targets, improve processes, and create a culture of accountability and excellent customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple sales teams in fast-paced environments.
• Track record of delivering against KPIs and driving revenue.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong EQ.
• Experience analysing data to identify improvements.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Proactive, with passion for continuous improvement and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire multiple sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
• Monitor and report KPIs, using data to drive improvements.
• Coach and develop managers and staff to maximise engagement.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support objectives and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiencies.
• Contribute to business planning and continuous improvement at SLT level.
