Job summary

Optimise Talent Limited in Manchester city centre is seeking an energetic Sales Team Manager to lead a team of Lead Generators in the telecoms sector, onsite at Manchester City Centre.

You will coach, manage KPI performance, conduct 1:1s, recruit and retain top talent, and report outcomes to senior management. The role offers an OTE of £60k+ and uncapped commission, with a 9-5 schedule, Monday to Friday. We have grown to over 130 staff in 10 years, with multiple locations across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management.
• Experience leading outbound sales functions.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Track record of driving KPIs and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage a team of Lead Generators (10-12).
• Performance Management: Drive KPIs and lead generation efficiency.
• 1:1 Coaching: Conduct regular coaching sessions.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive team culture and morale.
• Recruitment & Retention: Lead recruitment and retention efforts.
• Performance Improvement: Identify and address underperformance.
• Reporting: Track and report team performance to senior management.
