This is a centre-of-the-business, client-facing role—commercially sharp, and geared to keep the team moving in the same direction at pace.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in agency account management or client services.
• Knowledge of how Meta ads and creative production work.
• Excellent organisation and ability to track multiple moving parts.

Aufgaben

• Own client relationships from onboarding onwards.
• Turn client needs into clear briefs for paid, creative and fulfilment teams.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and delivery is on time and on scope.
• Lead weekly client reviews and KPI/ project reviews.
