You will lead performance reviews, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure smooth progression of qualified enquiries. A guaranteed bonus is part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a lead generation, telesales, or contact centre team.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating in a KPI-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of 10+ Lead Generation Advisors.
• Manage performance against KPIs, targets and SLAs.
• Deliver coaching, training and performance reviews.
• Build relationships with external lead generation partners.
• Analyze performance data to improve conversion rates and efficiencies.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Allocate workloads and manage resources across the department.
• Coordinate with internal teams for progression of enquiries.
• Support senior management and deputise when required.
