Vitae Financial Recruitment Ltd. is partnering with a well-established international business to recruit a Senior Associate for Sales Order Management.

The role sits in Hertfordshire on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and focuses on converting client agreements into accurate sales orders, invoicing and revenue milestones. You'll work between two associates and the Principal Associate, handling complex queries and guiding the team, while supporting finance to ensure accurate

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales order management or similar role.
• Experience reading contracts to extract sale order details.
• Experience entering orders into an ERP system.
• Attention to detail and ability to challenge errors.
• Strong Excel and numeracy skills.
• Team leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, quotations, work orders and purchase orders for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Turn contracts into sales orders in ERP and set up invoicing and revenue milestones.
• Track contract deliverables from setup to completion and release revenue milestones.
• Query and resolve contract issues with Business Development, Operations and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure monthly revenue is recorded accurately and support budgeting/forecasting.
• Build and maintain Excel tracking tools for long-term contracts.
• Provide guidance and training to Associates and review their work.
• Identify process improvements as contract volume grows.
