Advancing People Ltd. in Bedford is seeking a Sales Administration professional to coordinate and process sales orders, working closely with sales, service desk and other departments. The role is hybrid, based in Bedford, with 2 days remote after induction.

You will manage contracts and orders, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality while providing excellent administration and communication to clients and colleagues.

Qualifikationen

• Experience dealing with contracts and processing sales orders (coordinating all parts of the order, liaising with the sales team and service desk) preferred.
• Exceptional administration, planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently or in a team.
